Vexxsus measures what your execution costs. It is read-only: it does not trade, quote, route, hold funds or take positions, and it never asks for an exchange API key at any tier.
Who you are contracting with

What the service does
You supply a fill history export, or connect the local agent. Vexxsus decomposes the result into fee leakage, maker/taker premium, order fragmentation, realised dispersion, timing and concentration, and returns a report. The free tier computes entirely in your browser and requires no account.
What it is not
- Not investment advice. Nothing produced by Vexxsus is a recommendation to trade, to change a strategy, or to use a venue. It is a measurement of what already happened.
- Not a guarantee of savings. The avoidable premium figure is a ceiling — what your volume would have cost at your own maker rate. No strategy moves all of its flow to maker without changing what it does.
- Not a replacement for your venue’s records.We compute from the export you provide. Where the venue’s own data is wrong — and it sometimes is, which is why the report includes integrity checks — the output inherits that.
- Not a custodian. We never hold funds, keys or positions.
Your data and your rights to it
You keep every right in the files you analyse; we acquire none. You confirm you are entitled to use the data you supply. What we receive and what we cannot receive is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Billing
- Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance. Annual billing takes two months off.
- Cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew.
- If the service is materially broken for more than seven consecutive days in a billing period, that period is refunded on request.
- Consumers in the EEA and the UK keep their statutory withdrawal rights, which these terms do not limit.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to submit fabricated data to the benchmark pool, to deanonymise other participants, to resell the output as your own service, or to interfere with the service’s operation. Accounts doing any of these are closed without refund.
Support and availability
Vexxsus is run by one person. These are the commitments that hold in a bad week rather than a good one, which is the only kind worth writing down.

Firm adds a direct channel — Telegram or Slack — and a four-hour first reply inside working hours. It is the only tier where the word SLO appears, because it is the only tier where the number is contractual.
Not offered at any tier, so that nobody has to find out the hard way: round-the-clock support, a phone number, or a delivery date for a feature.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or that every figure is free of error. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms; account holders are emailed at least 30 days before a change that affects a paid plan takes effect. You may close your account at any time. We may close an account for a breach of the acceptable-use section, or with 30 days’ notice and a pro-rata refund if we discontinue the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
